+ What is the return policy?

We are happy to provide a full refund/exchange on your order within 15 days of your purchase. Please email us at team@gogokies.com to schedule a return.

+Do the Gokies™ keychains/bottle openers come in different sizes?

No larger than the average car key, a Gokies™ key chain subtly allows you to display school pride 365 days-a-year. Our Virginia Tech Gokies™ keychain is approximately 3.5" long and 1.8" wide. All other Gokies™ keychains/bottle openers are approximately 3" long and 1.5" wide.

+ What are Gokies™ made out of?

Gokie™ keychains are made with ABS plastic. Bottle openers are made with ABS plastic and brushed stainless steel.

+ What are GoFanfaces made out of?

GoFanface accessories are made with a polyester/cotton blend, and are 21”L by 10”W; one size fits most. This versatile clothing accessory also offers sun protection, is lightweight, wicks away moisture, dries quickly, and breathes well.

+ I don't see my school, what do I do?
